Replace your missing teeth and
smile with confidence again
Don’t let your missing teeth hold you back
Living with missing or failing teeth can affect much more than appearance alone. It can make eating difficult, smiling feel unnatural and everyday social situations more uncomfortable than they should be.
At VM Dent, we understand how deeply this can affect confidence and quality of life. Our full mouth dental implant treatments are designed to restore function and give you a smile that looks and feels natural, so you can eat, speak and smile with confidence again.
Each treatment is planned individually according to your bone condition, oral health and the type of final restoration that best suits your needs.

Full mouth treatment options
All-on-4 is a simple and effective way to restore your smile, even if you have lost most or all of your teeth.
With just 4 dental implants placed in each jaw, this treatment can support a full arch of fixed teeth, helping you smile, eat and enjoy everyday life with greater comfort and confidence.
One of its main advantages is that, in many cases, it can be carried out without bone grafting or a sinus lift, which may make treatment less invasive and more efficient.
At VM Dent, we offer this solution with both resin and zirconia teeth, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs, expectations and budget.
All-on-6 is one of the most reliable options for full smile restoration when dealing with missing or failing teeth.
By placing 6 dental implants in each jaw, we can support a full arch of fixed teeth, helping you smile, eat and enjoy everyday life with greater comfort and confidence.
Many patients and clinicians prefer this approach because the additional implants can offer greater stability and support, especially when a stronger and more aesthetic final restoration is planned.
All-on-6 can also be a suitable option in cases where bone condition, bite or treatment goals call for a more stable and evenly supported solution.
At VM Dent, many patients choose All-on-6 for the extra reassurance it offers — knowing their new smile is designed to look natural, feel secure and perform reliably over time.
At VM Dent, many of our patients choose All-on-6 for the added sense of security it offers — knowing that their new smile will not only look great but also stand the test of time.
Which dental implant treatment is right for you
Each smile is unique, and the most suitable treatment option depends on your oral health, bone condition, anatomy, bite and the result you would like to achieve.
In some cases, four implants may be enough to support a full arch, while in others, six implants may offer better support and long-term stability.
Our aim is always to provide a solution that feels comfortable, functions reliably and gives you a natural-looking smile that helps you feel truly confident again.

Your dental implant treatment has 2 stages:
We guide you through every step of the process, from the initial assessment and implant placement to your final restoration.
The first stage lasts 4 working days:

The healing phase usually takes around six months. In some cases, when bone grafting is needed due to significant bone loss, it may take up to eight months. During this time, you will have temporary teeth — fixed or removable — so you will not be without teeth.
This stage is important because it allows the implants to integrate securely with the jawbone, creating a stable foundation for your final smile.
The second stage of your dental treatment takes 5 working days:
During this visit, we work together to refine the shape, colour and size of your new teeth, so your final smile looks natural and feels right for you.

Resin
(12-tooth bridge reinforced with a hidden metal bar for added strength)

Zirconia
(12-tooth bridge without artificial gum)

Zirconia
(12-tooth bridge with artificial gum)
Why zirconia teeth:
- Exceptional strength: Zirconia is highly resistant to chipping and scratching, making it a strong and reliable long-term solution
- Natural-looking: Its colour and translucency closely resemble natural teeth, creating a very lifelike result
Stain resistant: Zirconia resists stains from coffee, tea, wine and smoking, helping your smile stay bright for longer
Why resin teeth:
More affordable: Resin teeth are a practical and budget-friendly way to restore your smile
Lightweight: They are lighter than zirconia, which can make them feel more comfortable, especially during the adaptation period
- Easier to adjust: They can usually be made and adjusted more quickly, which can help streamline parts of the treatment process

Questions patients often ask
Choosing full mouth dental implant treatment is an important decision, so it is natural to have questions along the way. Here are answers to some of the most common questions patients ask when considering this type of treatment.
In most cases, patients receive temporary fixed teeth within a few days after implant placement, so they can smile and function comfortably during the healing phase. The final restoration is usually completed after a healing period of around six months, once the implants have fully integrated with the bone.
Yes, in most cases patients receive temporary fixed teeth shortly after the implants are placed. These teeth allow you to smile and carry out normal daily activities while the implants heal and integrate with the jawbone.
In very rare situations, usually when there is severe bone loss and a fixed temporary solution is not possible, a removable denture may be provided during the healing period. The most appropriate option will always depend on what is safest and most suitable for your case.
Dental implant treatment is carried out under local anaesthesia, so the procedure itself is generally not painful. Some mild discomfort or swelling can occur afterwards, but this is usually manageable with standard pain relief and typically improves within a few days.
If you feel nervous about treatment, we also offer optional conscious sedation for anxious patients, helping you feel calm, relaxed and more comfortable throughout the procedure.
Age alone is not a limiting factor for dental implants. Many patients in their 60s, 70s and even older successfully receive implant treatment. What matters most is your general health and bone condition, which can be assessed during your consultation.
Yes, in most cases patients with diabetes can successfully receive dental implants. The most important factor is that the condition is well controlled. During the initial evaluation, we will review your medical history and assess whether implant treatment is suitable for your situation.
Many patients with controlled diabetes undergo implant treatment without problems and enjoy the same functional and aesthetic benefits as other patients.
Dental implants are maintained much like natural teeth. Regular brushing, good oral hygiene and routine dental check-ups are important to keep the implants and surrounding tissues healthy over time.
No. While a CT scan or panoramic X-ray helps us evaluate your case more precisely, you are welcome to contact us even if you do not have one yet. We can guide you through the next steps and advise you on how to obtain the necessary imaging if needed.
Dental implants are considered one of the most reliable and long-term solutions for replacing missing teeth. When properly planned and maintained, they can restore both function and appearance, allowing patients to eat, speak and smile with confidence again.
